Arrival & Scheduling

Arrive Early: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment so we can deliver your full service without interruptions.

Book Ahead: We recommend securing your next appointment before you leave to lock in your preferred time.

Tardiness: We’ll do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but significant delays may require rescheduling to keep our schedule on track.
Salon Environment

Children & Guests: To maintain a peaceful, safe, and consistent experience for all clients, we kindly ask that only those receiving services attend. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult if receiving a service, but we request no additional guests or kids join you. CK Studio isn’t responsible for accidents or injuries on our premises. Thank you for helping us keep the vibe just right!

Team Collaboration: Our staff works together to ensure you’re cared for. If you’re ever uncomfortable with your assigned stylist, let us know—we’ll switch you to another team member, no questions asked.

Adjustments: Your happiness is our priority! If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, contact us within 14 days. We’ll schedule a free adjustment with the same stylist to perfect your look—no extra charge.
Payment Methods

Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, cash, debit cards, personal checks, and Zelle for your convenience.

Surcharge: Credit card payments incur a 3.9% fee—skip it by paying with cash or Zelle!

Exclusions: We don’t accept Visa or Mastercard gift cards.

Cancellation & Appointment Policies

Confirmation: Please confirm your appointment via text, call, or email at least 24 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled at our discretion.

Cancellation Notice: We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to keep our schedule flowing.

Within 48 Hours: A 50% service cost charge will apply.

No-Shows or Same-Day Changes: A 100% service cost charge will be applied (e.g., cancellations, rescheduling, or switching services like a 4-hour balayage to a 1-hour haircut).

Reminders: Our system sends appointment reminders to help you stay on track—we’ve got your back!
Service Refusal

Our Right: CK Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who’s disrespectful, behaves inappropriately, ignores professional advice, or has a pattern of last-minute cancellations/no-shows.
Liability Waiver

Risk Acknowledgment: CK Studio and its staff aren’t liable for allergic reactions, scalp irritation, or hair damage from services or products. Chemical treatments, coloring, and styling carry risks—please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment so we can keep you safe!
Photo & Video Consent

Promotion: By receiving services, you agree to let us photograph or record your hair for social media, our website, or marketing. If you’d rather opt out, just tell your stylist beforehand—no worries!
